High Transparency Fumed Silicone Rubber for Extrusion
Hailan's high transparency fumed silicone rubber is a high-performance HTV/HCR silicone rubber compound developed for extrusion applications. It combines high transparency, mechanical strength, tear resistance and good processing characteristics for manufacturing transparent and translucent silicone profiles.
The series includes multiple hardness grades and can be processed using conventional silicone extrusion equipment. Depending on the selected grade and curing system, it can be used for applications such as LED light strips, transparent silicone tubes, profiles and other extruded silicone components.
Curing and Processing
This high transparency fumed silicone rubber can be processed through silicone extrusion equipment. Depending on the selected formulation and production requirements, different curing systems can be used.

Platinum catalysts
For the platinum curing system, the current product information specifies component addition levels of approximately 0.4–0.5% for Component A and 0.5–0.8% for Component B, with a reference curing condition of 120°C × 10 minutes.
